Will O'Connell, the city's most powerful mafia boss, dies saving an overweight, bullied teenager, Cayden, only to awaken in the boy's body. Forced back into high school, Will quickly clashes with campus bully Dane. After enduring a brutal public beating, he shocks everyone by knocking Dane down with a single punch. With help from his trusted confidant Vinny, Will secretly regains control of the O'Connell family while posing as his own illegitimate son. Using mafia resources, he transforms Cayden's body, returns to school in spectacular fashion, humiliates Dane, defeats a vindictive teacher with his academic brilliance, and survives an assassination attempt.
